Probes
Wavecrest offers two types of high bandwidth probes: single ended passive and active differential.

Baluns
Baluns are used to convert a BALanced input (differential signal) to an UNbalanced output. These baluns allow high performance time measurements to be made with a single ended signal that has the same timing criteria as the original differential stimulus. Wavecrest baluns are offered with a variety of bandwidths and connectors including DB—9 and SMA.

CML Interface Module
An interface module that enables Current Mode Logic devices to interface with ground based instruments such as the SIA-3000.

Accessory Kit
Wavecrest has assembled the most commonly used adapters, cables, attenuators and power dividers into one kit.
